Payment and Refunds

Payment for all programs and services is due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during the checkout process.

Our refund policy is as follows:

For in-person programs: Full refund if canceled at least 14 days before the start date; 50% refund if canceled 7-13 days before the start date; no refund if canceled less than 7 days before the start date
For online programs: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no more than 25% of the content has been accessed
